Quantitative Analyst, Market Microstructure
Study short-horizon price behaviour across crypto and share venues, build and back-test pattern-detection models feeding our strategy library, and document assumptions in plain language for the reporting layer. You will work with live and historical data, own model validation, and pair with engineers to productionise findings. Requirements include a quantitative degree or equivalent experience, fluency in Python or R, and prior exposure to market data. Experience with probability-based signal research is a strong advantage.
Senior Backend Engineer, Trading Services
Design and operate the services that connect the platform to exchanges: connection management, order state machines, reconciliation and monitoring. You will own reliability targets, lead incident response for your services, and mentor mid-level engineers. We look for deep PHP or Go experience, comfort with queue-based architectures, an instinct for idempotency in money paths, and evidence you have run systems where correctness matters. Financial-infrastructure background is valued but not required.
Client Support Consultant
Be the calm, clear first voice users reach: answering account, deposit and withdrawal questions by email and phone, translating technical answers into everyday South African English, and spotting patterns worth escalating. Full training on the platform is provided; we look for prior support experience in fintech or telco, genuine patience, and precise written communication. Growth path into the personal-manager programme or compliance support desk.
AML and Compliance Specialist
Own the day-to-day of our verification and monitoring programme: reviewing flagged accounts, keeping the KYC policy's practical guidance current, coordinating with verification providers, and preparing reporting packs for the applicable framework. You will need working knowledge of FIC Act obligations, experience in a compliance function, and the confidence to say no and explain why. Certification in compliance or AML is an advantage.
