Frequently asked questions
This page answers the questions our support team and personal managers hear most often, grouped into eight topics. Each answer is short and concrete; where a topic needs depth, the answer links to the page that covers it fully. If your question is not here, ask it at [email protected] and we will answer it directly.
General use
Fill in the form on the Create Account page with your first name, surname, phone number and email, then choose a password. That is all registration needs; identity documents come later, during verification before your first deposit.
No. The platform is built for users without a trading background: ready-made strategies, plain-language reports and a personal manager cover the specialist parts. Inexperience does not reduce risk, so read the Risk Disclosure before your first deposit.
Yes. The site and dashboard adapt from small phones to desktops, and alerts and summaries arrive by email, so nothing important depends on you being at a desk.
Fees and results
There is no monthly platform fee. Costs come from the trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion of up to 1.50% where it applies, and the spread from 0.8 on FX pairs. Every applicable fee is shown before you confirm a transaction, with the full tables on the Fees and Pricing page.
Fees appear as separate lines in your monthly report and on each transaction record in the dashboard, so you can reconcile them against the published tables at any time.
No. Trading results depend on live markets, and every strategy can produce losses in any period. Figures from the home page calculator are illustrative modelling, not forecasts, and other users' results are individual experiences, not predictions of yours.
Platform functions and use
It continuously scans market data for patterns and micro-trends, presents what it finds in structured form, and executes strategies within the parameters you set. It is a tool that supports your decisions; it does not replace them, as the Artificial Intelligence page explains.
Yes. Strategies can be paused at any time from the dashboard, and you choose which monitoring and notifications are active. You can also run the platform in a mostly manual mode with alerts only.
Open the strategy in your dashboard and adjust its parameters; changes take effect as saved and every adjustment is recorded in your audit history. Your personal manager can walk you through the options on a call.
You choose: a weekly summary email, alerts for significant strategy events, and security notifications for new devices are each switched on or off in your settings, and the defaults favour the ones worth reading.
Risks
Yes. Crypto and share prices move sharply, automated strategies follow those markets, and you can lose part or all of your deposit. Only trade with money you can genuinely afford to set aside.
When conditions exceed the thresholds you set, the platform can pause trading to avoid acting in an unstable market. It reduces activity in chaos; it cannot protect the value of open positions from market moves.
No mechanism on this platform or any other removes market risk. Position sizing, diversification and realistic settings reduce risk; nothing eliminates it. The Risk Disclosure page explains each risk honestly.
Security and your account
Two-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, login and activity notifications, session management and a full audit history. The Security page explains each protection and what you should do to support it.
Balances are held with the platform and the connected exchanges that execute your strategies. You can withdraw to your verified rand bank account at any time following the Withdrawal Policy timelines.
Contact support immediately: recovery runs through identity verification with a cooling-off period and a review of recent activity, after which your second factor is reset to a new device.
We never ask for passwords, one-time codes or remote access, and genuine account messages carry the personal security code you set during onboarding. The Fraud Warning page lists the patterns to check.
Help and support
Email [email protected] during support hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 SAST, or wait for your personal manager's call if you have just registered. Replies typically arrive within one working hour.
Pause the affected strategy and describe what you expected versus what happened in an email to support. Nothing continues costing you while paused, and your manager can review the settings with you before anything resumes.
Yes. Support starts at registration, not at your first deposit: the manager call, the walkthrough and every question you want answered all come before any money moves.
Deposits and withdrawals
Instant EFT via Ozow, Visa, Mastercard and standard EFT bank transfer, all in rand and all free of our fees. The payment methods page compares times for each.
Ozow withdrawals normally complete within 24 hours; cards and standard EFT take 1 to 5 business days. First withdrawals and new destinations pass closer verification checks, as the Withdrawal Policy explains.
Documents and compliance
A government photo document (smart ID, green ID book or passport) and a recent proof of address in your name. The AML and KYC page describes each step and the timelines.
Email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject: the complaints procedure sets out the stages, timelines and the external escalation route available in South Africa.
